Working as part of a team with Catherine DeGoris, we were approached to design the interior of Duck Soup. Inspired by the simple neighborhood restaurants in France, this is a place for people to enjoy excellent natural wines with an ever changing small but eclectic menu. 

Asked to design the first permanent store for the acclaimed Crosstown Doughnuts. The interior needed to reflect the brands simple and elegant identity that lets the product take centre stage. The challenge was to use the space to it's full potential, incorporating everything that a cafe needs equipment an display wise whilst also having enough storage for the product and at the same time maintaining a sense of openness for customers.  The space is a true reflection of the brand with small doughnut touches brought in through branding the trays, signage and the Doughnut stools.
